If somebody already set this up, ask them for the setup link — Setup → Set up a phone → Copy the setup link. Open that link on this phone and it fills itself in.

Seeing this screen again on an iPhone? That is iOS, not you: it deletes what a site keeps on the phone after about a week unopened. The cure is on the site, not the phone — Admin → This app will say whether this one can set a phone up by itself.

Otherwise: Supabase → Settings → API, and copy the two values below. They are safe here — the database refuses everything except the app's own named actions.
